Debbie Reynolds Get Paper Doll Star Treatment

Legendary star of screen and stage, Debbie Reynolds, will be the subject of a brand new paper doll book to be published by Paper Studio Press.

She has been a star for decades since making her screen debut as a teen-ager and quickly achieving fame. Almost immediately, she had a hit record, "Abba Dabba Honeymoon" and then costarred with Gene Kelly in Singin’ in the Rain. Hit after hit, decade after decade, followed. Tammy and the Bachelor, The Unsinkable Molly Brown and The Tender Trap are just a sample of the star’s long-lasting career. Debbie Reynolds conquered Broadway when she starred in Irene.

More recently, she has appeared frequently on TV shows including Will and Grace. She still wows audiences with her stage show. Now Debbie Reynold’s long career will be celebrated with a paper doll book by popular artist David Wolfe. It will feature a trio of dolls and eight pages of costumes to commemorate the star’s career, from the 1950s to the present.

The book is scheduled for release late 2011 and will be available from online sellers such as Amazon.com and PaperdollReview.com as well as mail order catalogs and specialty gift shops.
